"Great new hotel with excellent common areas, especially the pool and friendly staff.
A few downfalls were-
The rooms did have a tv but are digital only and you must use your own account to sign into what ever you want to view. No free access.
Rooms have a washing machine but nothing to hang your clothes onto after
The kitchen had a cooktop in the kitchen area but no cooking utensils and only 2 forks and 2 spoons.
Was a bit far out of the main tourist area and drivers had a hard time finding...

"Had a wonderful stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious & clean. Location was right in the downtown core with plenty of food choices. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely come back when I visit Phnom Penh on my next visit. "
