"My room key did not work properly. I could not get to my floor. I tried 12 times and the elevator would not stop at my floor, it stopped at several other floors and other guests got on the elevator and went down to the lobby. A staff member happened to step onto the elevator and she help me get to my floor. The room key did open my room. I did have to get a new room key and that worked. "

"The elevators at this location are less than adequite. I waited 20 mins for an elevator in the AM and then hauled my luggage down 20 flights. I don't think they have any of their elevators working. Also they have a 10AM checkout, in Vegas that is just too early."

"STAY IN THE MARRA TOWER, IT HAS BEEN RENOVATED. ONLY ISSUE WAS WHEN WE FIRST CHECKED IN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MY ROOM AVAILABLE. WE WERE FORCED TO STAY IN THE ALEXANDRIA TOWER. MUSTY AND ROOMS THAT DEFINITELY NEED TO REMODELED. ORIGINALLY WANTED TO TWO QUEEN BEDS , GOT A MUSTY ROOM ONE KING BED AND A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE COT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE FIRST NIGHT DIDNT GO WELL. SAHARA HAD THE ROOM I PAID FOR READY THE NEXT MORNING AND WAIVED THE DAILY FEE FOR THE DAY. ONCE WE HAD THE QUEEN BEDS ROOM IN THE MARRA TOWER. EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. I LOST AN ITEM WHILE I WAS THERE AND SECURITY FOUND IT FOR ME. VERY HAPPY WITH PROPERTY AND STAFF. CONVENIENCE TO THE MONORAIL WAS A MUST FOR US. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE SAHARA. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY COMFORTABLE AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT. ZEPPHERS, CHICKIE AND PETES WERE EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY. ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN, EASY TO WALK AROUND THE SAHARA ESP. FOR SENIORS. COMPLIMENTARY WATER WAS ANOTHER BENEFIT OF STAYING AT THE SAHARA. OVERALL , VERY PLEASANT AND GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEYL"
