“We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.”

“This is a Hotel from the early 20th century. It has wonderful character. It doesn't have AC but does not really need it due to being up in the mountains at about 3500 ft. a room fan and open window was more than adequate. We had small issue with a smoke detector battery getting low and the detector started chirping at 4 in the moring. They don't have over night staff so it was fixed in the morning while we were out and fixed by noon. They do have a weekend breakfast that was very good. ...

“If you’re visiting Bryson city, this is the place to stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and super friendly. The overall atmosphere of the Inn was beyond what I expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I loved every moment of our trip and will definitely be back again. The view of the mountains while sipping our morning coffee or tea is one of the best ways to start your day. Plenty of additional parking off the main driveway...
