"Friendly staff good location nice room"

"Our deaf Uber driver got assaulted by a staff member after Uber driver didn’t hear him having a go due to being deaf… totally unacceptable. He beeped, then as the Uber was helping us get the suitcases into the car the staff member started shouting again the driver was deaf and he was French so we didn’t know he was shouting at us, then as the Uber driver tried to get back into car, the staff member grabbed the guy and another staff member had to run out of the hotel to pull him off the driver....

"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. The fold out couch bed...

"Bell’albergo in zona centrale e con più linee dei mezzi pubblici intorno. Personale cordiale e camere funzionali. L’unico problema, ma che hanno un po’ tutti gli alberghi nei palazzi storici di Parigi, il fatto che si senta tutto ciò che succede nelle camere accanto e in corridoio, per me nulla che impedisca il fatto di sperare di tornarci :)"

"Great location. Very small entryway you can almost miss it. No downstairs lobby which was strange. My room was small - single bed - but warm and cozy. Optional Breakfast was great - served in an amazing old cellar -(cave voûté ) totally renovated keeping the old stone. Delicious fresh pastries & bread. For the price and late booking this was great value !"

It's like one block from a great lesbian bar with many fun events. Clean, tidy and convenient. Also a great little restaurant is downstairs which makes morning coffee a simple solution. You can walk to many sights and museums and there is amazing shopping and restaurants very close by. Highly recommend staying here! "
