Moxy Paris Val D’Europe

"Hotel was clean and modern. Beds were really comfy so were able to sleep really well (also aided by the blackout blinds in the room). Super convenient for access to both Paris and Disneyland Paris by train. Staff were also happy to store our bags after check-out. Only slight complaint is the fact there is only one very small lift for the entire property. As such, if you leave at a busy time it is incredibly hard to actually get to the ground floor (at peak times, we had to let 4 lifts pass as they were already full). Absolutely would stay again!"

"Lovely property. Perfectly and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Disney Parks. The pool, arcade, restaurant, and free shuttle to Disney made our weekend well worth the stay!! Thank Ki Space for being so perfect for us!! We will be back soon! ☺️"

"Room was large, clean, nice. A bit less disney than i imagined for disneyland and for price. Expected to see some characters around really nothing. Had to "book time" with a princess and was not told at start, but we managed to get last open space... that was memorable for the daughter and wife. Breakfast was good although the staff an entrance were bit formal and annoying to my feel. we arrived at 9.30 and i had some questions about allergies were made to wait with a condescending tone a bit. Given some book of allergies which is AMAZING that its all documented but spent 20 mins trying to pinpoint what food is where in list instead of enjoying breakfast before checkout so food was nice overall but my experience of having to browse slowly while all family basically done was not fun. Maybe Put logos/nums on food tags instead? Entrance area v nice but again you enter hotel.. people there ask you to check you are from hotel. To me felt a bit passive aggressive (eg not 'welcoming but checking') as if i dont look the part.. although they relax when they see you are. Anyway hotel is nice, location is top and most staff (maps, checkin/out and luggages etc) were v nice as was food overall but other staff were a bit condescending to me and I expected more disney feel and characters (just 1 character n only if booked). Wont hurt you if mickey said hello during breakfast 10 mins it is disney I ASSUMED i would see a mickey!! Still, nice place for sure and top location!"

"The room set up was ridiculous. The light in the shower room flickered the entire time and went out occasionally. They had some kind of box attached to the wall directly in front of door. In the dark I hit that damn thing 4 times."

"I truly can’t fault this hotel in any way. They were very accommodating with every question I had as I don’t believe “no” exists in their vocabulary. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and the rides to Disneyland are stress free. If my work hadn’t booked us at another hotel I would advocated to stay here the entire time. I appreciate how they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I’ll be back."

"The hotel is lovely overall, spacious, lots to entertain kiddos (pools, indoor playground and arcades), the food was pretty good too - as a Canadian, I loved being able to get n iced coffee in the morning."

"The property is nice. It’s perfect if you are planning to be at Disney the whole time. If not, it is about an hour to and from the city. You first have to take the shuttle to Disney and then switch to the train. My only complaints are that the AC/fan doesn’t work well. We got warm at night. And the pool has odd hours (11-1 and then 2-7) And no one is keeping an eye on the slide. My son went down and an adult came down too soon after, which resulted in him running into him. The staff is very friendly. There’s lots for the kids to enjoy."
