"Rundown Ok for one night but very rundown"

"The hotel is amazing . Everything super clean. Rooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchenette, including nespresso machine, kettle, hob, dishwasher washer, fridge. Bring your own washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, sponge and tea towel. Most soundproof hotel room I have ever been in. Staff were very kind and very helpful and always available. Free 15 minute shuttle ride to Disney was good. Its helpful to screenshot timetable of shuttle located at Reception. Do read it as there are breaks in the day. Dinner was amazing and we did enjoy breakfast but they are expensive. We had breakfast and dinner once. We brought some snacks with us and ate it in our room. Pool was lovely. Shops are too far to walk but you can get a taxi if you wanted. There are snacks available near the bar and in the hotel shop and they sell cartons of milk by the bar which was helpful for the room. Hotel will arrange taxis if you need them and we had a really nice driver. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would highly recommend."

"Warm friendly welcoming, with welcome drinks included on arrival. Breakfast was included, range of fresh pancakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cold meats/cheeses, baguettes, fruit juice, coffee and bacon/scrambled eggs/sausages. Something for everyone. Lovely air conned rooms, kettle and coffee machine along with water provided everyday. Also ate in the evening one night, nice pizza and kids chicken nuggets/chips. 5 minute walk to train station and a minute further on for shopping mal. Used as a base for disney and was very easy to navigate. Would definietly stay again."

"We stayed during a heat wave and the air-conditioning and ice machines couldn't cope. Apparently it is being renovated which it needs. Our bathroom plugs didn't plug, the bathroom door didn't fully close . However, we weren't visiting to stay in a hotel so none of this really mattered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We couldn't book a reservation for food but it was not an issue as we ate at the parks. For what you need, its fine."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Dream Castle. The hotel is beautiful and well looked after. We went to Disney World for 2 days and in the searing heat. We came back for an hour a day to use the outdoor pool which the girls absolutely loved. My only critisism was the front of house for the evening buffet. She appeared very rushed and wasn't welcoming at all considered you're dropping €38 per adult and €25 per child for a buffet. Other than the above, we had a wonderful time and would recommend to friends."
