Noisy-le-Grand, Paris hotel rooms at the Honotel

"Nice restaurant and friendly staff."

"From the moment I saw the hotel to the moment I left it, I couldn't believe how great it was, especially for the price. Immaculately clean, ridiculously good location, unbelievably quiet. Water temperature and pressure, working safe for valuables, friendly staff; everything was spot on with one exception. I told the staff about a nasty smell coming from the bathroom, and they were very gracious in accepting my complaint. Unfortunately, it seems that it is beyond their control; that when there is a signficant temperature shift and/or piles of rain as there had recently been, smells might emanate from the City sewers. It is not a property of the hotel. Also bear in mind that I am quite sensitive to smells, and that I was here in May, when the weather is indeed changeable. Bottom line is that I'm already planning my next visit to Paris and will again stay at the Roubaix, because it's worth hoping that I have better luck with the sewers; the hotel otherwise is a gem! (I didn't have the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but it's not expensive.)"

"We only stayed one night. I wish we would have stayed longer. The room had everything we could need and more. They are renovating, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but they are doing everything they can to mitigate it. We even received a free room upgrade at no request. I would definitely recommend staying there."

"The front desk was very short staffed. When dozens of people are checking in and out of the hotel at 11 AM, they should have more staff available. It was chaos both times."

"Tidy and clean apartment in Paris, in a building seemingly dedicated to short-term stays. They cram a lot in in a small space, so think carefully before booking the cheapest/smallest-sized units. Only complaint is that there is no dedicated WiFi for each unit; rather there are a series of shared routers. My unit could not receive a consistent signal for the designated routers for which a password was given, although other signals (from different parts of the building) appeared."
