"I had a great stay at citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The hotel has a fun pop-art atmosphere and the rooms are minimalist, yet extremely functional. Everything a traveler needs is available, making it a perfect place to rest before or after a flight.
After a series of exhausting and frustrating flights, this hotel felt like a welcoming oasis where I could finally relax and recharge. The staff was professional, the facilities were excellent, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to greet guests in French first, especially since the hotel is located in Paris—the heart of the French-speaking world. It would add a more authentic local touch while still allowing staff to switch to English whenever needed."
