“The room wasn't clean. The sofa bed was out and we didnt need it and they clearly didn't clean under it. The lift was broken to our room (we have a 2 year old with pram) we went to go to the kids disco at 6pm then found out they had cancelled as no one showed up to the 5.30 show but we didn't want to see that as its in French. But the staff just shrugged her shoulders and we was not the only family. So then there was nothing to do. The shops are excellent and out and about clean and tidy. Pool...

“--- **Our perfect base for Disneyland Paris!** We had a wonderful family stay at Ki Space and would happily come back. The hotel is new and you can really tell: the room was spotless and everything felt fresh and well looked after. Having a kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick breakfasts and snacks before heading out to the parks. After long days at Disneyland, the swimming pool and games room were a real treat. The kids loved winding down there in the evenings! The shuttle service to...

Gracias.”

“Big bathroom spacious shower and lovely big bath towels. Bed was good and having a kitchenette was a real bonus. The store next door was a plus to be able to pick up snacks and beers.”

“Staff was super helpful, room was perfect for a family of 4 and the breakfast was great!”

“Cozy and silent, clean and nice room conditon”
