I have stayed at multiple Hotels in Thailand and this has to be the best of all my experiences! The staff was amazing, they speak English and Thai, Food was great! The position where it sits is awesome for every thing you would want to do in Chiang Mai. The Room was fit for a King and Queen! Thank you sooooo much for making me comfortable, Kevin G. I will see you again!

Fantastic place - highly recommend it. Splurge for the Presidential suite. Extremely high level of service from all staff. Special mention for Nidnoi who was a delight and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Also: great coffees and breakfast.

The Best
Our week stay was outstanding. The room was spacious, huge fruit bowl in our room, terrific bath sheets. A medical event brought Nidnoi with us to the hospital where she stayed until the resolution and return to the hotel. The property name could not be more accurate.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff.
Very clean, big room, amazing service. Location - very close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer, in a walking distance. I like everything about this hotel and will definitely come to stay here again.

Amazing staff. Amazing rooms. The presidential suites worth the extra bucks with free mini bar included. All round an amazing stay. short walk over the bridge to night market or 30 BHAT van ride to any where old town area. dimpling Supermarket 10 min walk away. With the free breakfast you Can’t go wrong.
