"We have stayed here a couple of times before that’s why we went again. Love the location and convenience. Lots of restaurants and shopping.
What I didn’t enjoy this time was the hotel was so busy we had to wait to get the elevators because they were always full. One day we just walked down 7 flights. Lucky that day we didn’t have luggage. The others started walking down as well but this one girl had to wait because she had luggage and she was there before most of us. The line for the breakfast buffet was always long so if you are in a rush go someplace else."

"Sky Plaza provides an amazing view of the Tokyo skyline. Staff and service were excellent. Always so friendly and respectful. Impressed by the female door-“people”. They transported our luggage with ease, impressive considering their small stature. Breakfast was very good. Lots of western and Asian choices."
