Everything was very clean organize and very well explained, we have some dificulties trying to open the garage door, but the front desk lady help us 😀 she was suoer nice and attentive, it was a very good stayed and a very beautiful place..

My family and I came to Chicago to lay my mother in law to rest. Ben was really helpful in every way you could think of. There was enough rooms and space to accommodate us. I cooked a full course meal that turned out really great! lol The tenants were so nice and fun! They made our stay even better because we really needed those laughs! It’s so many outlet stores, restaurants, the Beam, beach, River Walk, Navy Pier and etc. The apartments are close by everything you’d like to visit there. Our stay was on a sad occasion but a Great time was had! Thank you Ben for everything! ❤️

Our stay at Envitae was amazinggg!! I’m so glad I booked with them for my Chicago trip with my family. The place was so nice and clean and decorated nicely and looks exactly like the pictures! This place literally had everything we needed and was so accommodating from having soap and shampoo to pots and pans pretty anything you could think of that you may need they had stocked. Also they were checking in with us to make sure our stay was going well they even were so kind to send us gourmet doughnuts!! The views were amazing and the location was literally near everything you could think of in walking distance. I would definitely book here again! Thank you so much for having us!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay in this 4-bedroom apartment hotel. Looks exactly like the pictures. The unit was spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed — it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had every amenity you could possibly need, which made cooking and relaxing with family incredibly easy. The bedding was beautiful and very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus, especially for a longer stay. The building itself felt very secure, including the parking area, which gave us great peace of mind. We also loved the amenities — the gym and lounge area were excellent and well maintained. Overall, this was one of the best apartment-style stays we’ve had. Comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully set up. We would absolutely stay here again.

It is not luxury. There’s a lot of concrete exposed like it wasn’t finished. The handles in the windows can be very dangerous for kids if you aren’t watching. The pillows are the worst. But the bed was super comfortable. Not much around but the rooms are good size. No parking included. It’s hard to find parking and learned the hard way with getting our car towed. There’s a draft that comes through the front door, so you’ll need something to cover it. There is a washer and dryer and things like spoons, plates etc to use if you stay.

We had an amazing stay! The four-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our trip to Chicago. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming space. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication and hospitality made the entire experience even better. This apartment helped make our Chicago trip incredibly special and gave our family memories we will always cherish. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and being such a wonderful host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago!

Great location in Lincoln Park. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. And about a 5 minute walk to the redline station (North/Clybourn). Very clean and quiet inside the unit. Building is very new. Room access through the Latch app is simple. I would definitely stay here again. The overall experience was excellent and my other guests would agree.
