깨끗하고 편안한 호텔

시카고 시내에서 30분~40분 정도 떨어져있어서 다소 불편했지만 깨끗하고 조용한 호텔이었다 특히 아침식사는 달걀 소시지 스프 등 다양하고 좋았다 오랜 여행으로 지친 몸에 좋은 아침이 제공되니 기뻤다

DONT RECOMMEND! RUDE, GROSS,&NEVER HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went as a group of 6 for 3days/2nts. We booked this property 2 months before staying here. We called the property prior to booking and notified them that we will arrive at 2am, what day do we check in? She told us we could do early check in and book for friday, since we arrive friday at 2am. She would put the notes in their system. When we arrive to the hotel, they wouldnt let us check in & told us to wait until 3pm since there wasnt notes in the system, “that was policy”& hotel industry runs that way. The guy told us he would have to call the manager to approve of letting us stay an extra night, but he wasnt going to do it since it would wake him up. We insisted on him called, so he pretended to dial & call him. We saw that his phone wasnt calling, we called him out on it. he ended up just booking us an extra night but charged us. The hotel has a smell. Never cleaned their carpet &rooms have an odd odor. They dont provide shampoo/conditioner. Just a bar of soap. I dont know about you, but I cant wash my hair with an inch of bar soap. On our last night, we got dropped off at the hotel,we waited in the lobby for one more group member to arrive. The guy watching the night shift told us to go to our rooms or he would kick us out of the hotel. We told him we were waiting on one more person, and he said it wasnt approved of since people were sleeping. When we checked out, he said “yay you’re leaving!” So rude!

We stayed for 6 days to visit family in the area. The hotel is pretty much centrally located to food, mall, and things to do in Chicago. I didn't enjoy one night due to someone smoking weed next door but overall the stay was pleasant. They should also consider changing up the daily breakfast as well.

Stay was good, although it seems to be under construction it still decent for the price. The coffee machine had sludge in it and the bed spread had one small stain. We didn’t go in the pool but it closes at 10pm. Beds were comfortable and the shower stayed hot for a while. Bring your own shampoo because you will get a really small tube of shampoo only good for one person and one shower. The channels on the tv Don’t match the book itinerary of channels. There was several times when we could hear a door slam in our room. Past that, breakfast was good and they have a garden area that’s beautiful.

Besides the pool smell in the bathroom, I think all went really well. You can't beat the price with free breakfast. I washed my families clothes at a low cost. Near many different restaurants with food options. We will come back at a later date.
