Mini market items were a bit pricey. We purchased an item that we discovered was expired. Staff took it serious and replaced it immediaty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for family

My 3 kids and I spent one night and the room was very large for Chicago (2 queen beds). Everyone in the front lobby were so friendly. The rooms were clean. They stored our luggage prior to check-in and after check-out so we could spend two full days in Chicago. The kids used the pool at night and it was perfect.
