For the price point this property operates at, everything was great. Clean and no odors. Definitely worth considering if you are in a budget.

The room was adequate. It was old and tired, but at least felt clean. The hotel is in need of updates and some rooms look worse than others. The stairwells are very dirty. Breakfast was minimal - just some packaged muffins, bars and packets of oatmeal. Coffee is only served during the breakfast hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area is safe and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

The hotel has a slight odor to it. Not terrible nbut noticeable. The fridge started making an awful noise in the middle of the night, bad enough that I had to turn it off to sleep. Room was definitely dated, and a few years past time to renovate (cracking counter, paint peeling off the ceiling... Staff was pleasant and helpful though. They do the best they can, with the resources available.

I was a little disappointed in a couple things. I asked for a non smoking room due to health issues and the room smelled as if someone had smoked in there, the smell would get stronger on occasions. Another is that we found a cockroach in our bathtub. Other than that, the room was clean and staff at the front desk was really nice.

The rooms are filthy. The hallways on each floor have a nasty different smell. The only good thing about this place is that the staff is friendly and helpful and it’s close to Woodfield Mall.

Expect to come here and spend zero time in the room but to sleep and shower. The hotel has weird smells and water marked floors in certain areas. The AC in my room didn't work, after talking to the front desk they sent nobody to look at it. One evening I came back to the hotel, got off the elevator for my floor and found a Hispanic man passed out in the middle of the floor. I wouldn't stay again with the abundance of hotels around the same area. The only great thing about this hotel is it's location.
