For this to be a very expensive place to stay, nothing in my room worked. When I first arrived I had to wait 30 minutes outside my room because my key did not work( ended up switching rooms). Parking is stupid

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I love how centrally located it is to downtown with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The best thing is the train is literally outside and downstairs from the hotel for easy access to the rest of the city and to the airport.

I had a reservation for an accessible room with two beds . I had called the day before to confirm . Three different Hilton personnel told me accessible rooms only have one bed . and they had no other room with two beds . They wouldn’t issue a refund - and told I could wait for the manager - I waited for over 30 minutes and had already wasted 60 minutes and a lot of angst on a situation that Hilton personnel tried to lay the blame on Expedia. Expedia tried calling them on my behalf to no avail - I mean I’m sitting in front of them in my wheelchair- I’m handicapped I have limited abilities to battle these situations. Finally the manager shows up - looks at the computer - asks if I had been up to the room - no I hadn’t cuz I asked at the desk how many beds ? the manager says there are two beds in said room - the the staff are new . He apologized- offered no compensation like breakfast - a drink - nothing

Checking into the hotel took too long but we were given a great room to stay in and free water to compensate for the delay. Very nice area close to Eatily and excellent restaurants

So I booked a room here and due to a volleyball tournament they gave my room away. I was offered a smaller room but I had a party of 5.. then they tried to charge my card for the stay lol yea okay Hilton !!! I’m giving y’all a 1/10 ..

A overpriced budget level property. No free breakfast, parking, or internet. Yes, no free Internet! The building had a constant hum. The wall unit was loud and impossible to regulate temp- blasted either cold or hot air and it never felt right. For same price there must be better options out there.

The hotel was really nice & updated. It was really busy and lots of kids but we did stay during spring break. I didn’t know the rooms started on the 12th floor. Definitely should know that when booking! Would have preferred to stay on a lower level.

Constant sirens, all night.. people having some sort of domestic incident in the lobby around 10pm, no one was doing anything as I walked my 12-year-old daughter through what could have escalated into a violent situation. Ice machine across from our room filtered all night.

Staff is great and very accommodating. The hotel was just okay. Our thermostat was broken and the shower dial was broken and auto switched to the hottest temps. The breakfast we paid to be included in our stay was not for all parties but just two adults and that was not explained in the Expedia booking. The hotel would not extend the vouchers to our children and blamed it on us booking with Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Also, the Webber grill staff looked annoyed that we had vouchers for breakfast so that took the excitement out of our “included” breakfast.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were all so helpful and enjoyable to be around. Isaiah is very personable and welcomed us, making my granddaughter feel very comfortable.

Terrible hotel. Dirty sheets and took the over 8 hours to get new clean ones and they wanted us to change the sheets when we finally got them. They did not compensate for all of the inconvenience. It was terrible
