The Holiday Inn in Lansing, IL, was very clean, and the staff was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was a full-course meal and quite enjoyable. However, on the first night, a guest on the second floor was very noisy with loud music, and no one from the front desk addressed the issue. As a result, I couldn't sleep well that night. Aside from that, everything was quiet, and parking appeared to be safe.

Here’s a polished version that keeps it warm and appreciative: We had a wonderful 5-day stay! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our flight had been delayed, and we were exhausted when we checked in, but she went above and beyond by providing us with an extra pillow and blanket to make our stay more comfortable. Our room was very clean, the elevators and common areas were well maintained, and breakfast was decent—with great coffee! ☕️ What stood out most was the consistency. Every day of our five-day stay, we experienced the same level of courtesy, cleanliness, and friendly service. It was wonderful to come back each day to a clean and comfortable room. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant and welcoming. We truly appreciated the hospitality!

The staff was great and friendly. The only problem I had was that ants came out in the middle of the night and were all over empty soft drink cans and on the stand by the bed. And these were zombie ants; it took several attempts to kill them.
