Whenever I come into Chicago for a stay, it will only be to Loews Chicago. It is located downtown and easy to get around the city. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and staff are ready to provide great service. I highly recommend and enjoy your stay.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and in a great location. Parking is $60 nightly in the nearby garage and a rollaway bed for a fifth person was an extra $25 nightly. We didn’t feel this was clearly noted anywhere upon booking.

From the moment we checked in, we had a five star experience for our anniversary weekend away. The staff and bartenders gave great suggestions and the food in the hotel was NEXT LEVEL, the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back, loved this hotel!

Loews was top notch...the front desk was very personable and informational...(treated you like you mattered at check in) My guest remarked on how well built the property was, could not hear neighbors or ppl above us (we were on 7th floor) Very clean...gym had good equipment and views. The location is very hard to beat. We parked and never used the car again because everything was walking distance. This will no doubt be my go-to hotel whenever im in Chicago.

Staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Gwen, the concierge, outstanding. The coffee shop hadn’t opened yet on the weekend, so the guy at the front desk(John?) patiently described how to walk to the closest one. My wife and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Good location; near navy pier and the pedestrian path for a nice run along the lake. Staff is quite good, very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds and pillows. A little street noise can be heard from the rooms. Not bad/loud.

There was nothing extraordinary about this hotel. Nothing that made it stand out. I was also not impressed with the unexpected “destination fee” of $25/day that could be used to buy coffee in the lobby since there wasn’t any complimentary coffee offered in the lobby. The rooms were equipped with coffee makers and housekeeping was excellent in replacing items used each day.

The property and hotel were beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great customer! I booked the corner king room on the city side and my view was amazing. I will definitely stay here again when in Chicago.

Our experience was top notch from check in to check out. Our expectations were met with exceptional customer service and the central location of the property was a bonus. I loved the fireplace and cozy sitting area in the lobby. Our stay was for just one night however I will definitely return for a longer stay. This review would not be complete without mentioning the staff that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was optimal. Check in with Alex was seamless, all done with a friendly smile including a quick overview of the property. Gwen the concierge is truly a Gem. We were given a map of the area, food list with highlights of hot spots that match out palates. Gwen was a ray of sunshine and was there with a smile ready to assist and chat. Rouow is a server extraordinaire, he ran the bar single handedly mid-day and although there were an abundance of customers Rouow had a way of making each customer his priority giving excellent customer service. Jason was extremely helpful in our search for late night pizza, he was professional kind, and very dedicated in assisting us. Last but definitely not least Joe assisted us with our check out and making sure our bags were secure as we continued to explore the city before our departure. Thank you to the entire staff from doorman to housekeeping for your excellent customer service. We see and appreciate you!
