청소상태가 깨끗하고 Taget이 바로옆에 위치해서 매우 편리함. 15박 머무르는 동안 타월교체와 휴지통 비우는것 등을 수시로 케어해서 일부러 프론트 데스크에 전화하지않아도 되는 점도 장점으로 들수있음. 다시 머무르고 싶은숙소임.

overall nice needs to clean more in the bath
the room was pretty nice and cozy. didnt really like how they cleaned the bath but overall was a nice trip. :)

처음으로 시카고를 여행했고 5박동안 이 숙소에 머물렀다. 우선 호텔 바로앞에 24시간 식당이 있고 마켓이 있다는것. 그리고 공항과 아주 가깝다는것은 분명 아주 좋은 장점이다. 청결도도 만족스러웠다. 다만 숙소에 주차요금을 지불하는건 내가 태어나서 처음 겪는 일이었다. 이점은 개선해야 맞는것 같다. 하루 주차비용은 5달러에 세금까지 따로 청구가된다.

There was no parking for the hotel guests as the hotel management sold parking to the arena guests . The receptionist Barbara was extremely helpful in finding us a parking . But we had to make two rounds in half hours late night around 11.30 to midnight to find parking . No room service for 3 days is not acceptable for a brand like Marriott

I was overcharged for parking for 3 car instead of 1. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get a room because somehow it had been cancelled. I don’t know if this was Expedias fault or Residence Inn. Breakfast eggs were uncooked (very runny )scrambled eggs. Oatmeal was just hot water and oats also not heated or cooked. The only good thing about it was the walking distance to the allstate arena.

I love that this property was walking distance to Target and multiple food spots. We went to a concert at the Allstate Arena and it was a 4-5 minute walk which was SUPER convenient.

We chose this property because it was close to our activities, but the property charges $18 for parking, we were on the 2nd floor and had Ants in our rm building didnt connect, so for breakfast we had to go outside in the rain to get to the building they serve breakfast . That would be a no thx !
