We have always been extremely satisfied when we stay at this hotel. It is our go-to place when staying in Chicago. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and professional. We always enjoy dealing with John at the front desk (made our check-out go extremely easy), and Caleb, who was in the restaurant for breakfast, was absolutely wonderful—professional, efficient, gracious, and friendly. We so enjoyed seeing him each morning during our stay.

The two bedroom suites were great for our family of 7 with super comfortable beds and great amenities. Hot breakfast in the AM was delicious and hot chocolate 24-7 was also a score!

The staff here is terrific! The location is great and puts you close to shopping, restaurants and the lakeshore. Our room was fine, though the bathroom was very small. Unfortunately, our bedroom (1003) had a mechanical whistling/whining noise that was disruptive. We bought foam earplugs to sleep better at night. Parking was expensive.
