“Staff was friendly, location is close to downtown”

“The front desk person wasn’t very helpful about noting the north elevator wasn’t working - had to use the stairs before finding out there was a 2nd elevator on the south end. Breakfast was good, had lots of options but the coffee there sucked. I think the room itself was fine, the king mattress was a bit hard and the shower was unusually tight (no bathtub). I’ll probably stay here again sometime only because of limited options in north Spokane .”

“Staff was very helpful and the lounge eating and drinking experience was great. Travis provided great service in the lounge and Angela at the front desk was very helpful.”
