On our one full day there we had a lovely breakfast, did the two hikes back to back (the beach hike is nicer), took in the thermal baths and then went out on a boat trip with Daniela and had a great time with the dolphins. “This is one of best hotels I`ve ever been. Staff was kind and hotel itself exceeded my expectation. Everything was good except bathroom clean-up. I stayed there 3 nights. When I checked in, it was good but during the stay, I thought, they didn`t clean up batheroom. Just a few touch. Anyhow I recommend this one whoever consider visiting Puerto Natales and staying a high quality hotel.”
