“This is one of best hotels I`ve ever been. Staff was kind and hotel itself exceeded my expectation. Everything was good except bathroom clean-up. I stayed there 3 nights. When I checked in, it was good but during the stay, I thought, they didn`t clean up batheroom. Just a few touch. Anyhow I recommend this one whoever consider visiting Puerto Natales and staying a high quality hotel.”

“The hotel is located close to the more peaceful part of the park - this means however that a lot of driving or long transfers are needed for the Eastern parts. Transfers and activities are horribly expensive, but this is the case everywhere in Torres del Paine.
