“The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

“We only stayed one night for Valentines Day but the room was very pretty and the dinner at Shovel Handle Pub was phenomenal! Some of the best steak tips I ever had! And the view is lovely as well. We didn't come to ski but if we had, the hotel is at the base of the mountain and would have been perfect. The location is convenient to everything in Jackson.”
