"They closed the lazy river 2 hours early each day at 6pm instead of the displayed hours 8pm which was the best time to get in to cool off. Didn't lkke that because we come specifically for the lazy river we could have hone elsewhere with a pool. Lots of people were complaining about this. Just because it was less busy shouldnt take an amenity away earlier than expected when we are paying guest booking and exoecting to have that available. We also had to pay for WiFi and calls and services kept dropping even with paid WiFi."
