"Amazing staff w e helpful"

"The pictures definitely paint a better picture than what the facilities actually were. Parking seemed to be straightforward, until we were directed to different places by 3 different employees. Eventually, we asked for the employee to come and show us exactly which spot we could park in, to avoid having to circle around the car park again. Once parked, the car park did feel safe which is positive. The room, at first, seemed fancy (we were in a 2 bedroom family suite), and the view impressive - albeit to an abandoned hotel and next to an open air karaoke bar that was blasting music until around 3 am. On closer inspection, the room was average at best. The fridge hadn't been plugged in, there was a sewing needle on one of the chairs, cutlery was dirty and had an uneven amount of things. The dining table chairs were so wobbly that I think they were held together by gum. There as a massive draught coming from closed windows. The hotel also requests a 1000MXN deposit in cash. The pool is big but the whole area has about 4 sunbeds. I am glad there was only 1 other person using the space whilst we were there. Overall, it was fine for one night but I am very glad we didn't stay longer. However it is worth if you want to be next door to a shopping centre and secure parking. "

"The staff at the check-in desk were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Cesar for helping me and my daughters navigate the local area and best beaches to visit! He took the time to explain, showed me on Google Maps and even wrote the information down for me (which I used as my guide for the entire stay). Keyana was also helpful and always smiled when she saw me. We arrived early and opted to pay the $40 USD to check-in early. There is a taxi stand outside that is always manned with really nice drivers who can answer any questions about the city. Though Ubers are cheaper, we opted for the taxi since I 'knew' the driver after Day 1. The concierge Felipe was really good and steered us in the direction of some really cool excursions, and even gave us some tips on how to save money by doing some things a la carte. The property is located about 10 mins from the central area and conveniently beside a 24 hour 7-11."

"Visited the resort for a short girlfriends get away, we were treated very welcoming and had the most amazing experience from check in to check out. We will most definitely return again. "

"It was just an ok experience. I didn’t not like that the front desk lady did not give me a pass to leave the hotel and the guard at the entrance would let me leave unless I got a pass and I had to go back wait in line to received said pass. I have never in my life been required to have a pass to leave a hotel. That was not a good experience."

"Located very close to the downtown bus station. We didn't have a car but I did notice a parking lot out the back. The only take away is that there was a night club across a side street and it was noisy at night.. and no pool."

"I stayed this hotel two. This time I stayed in the small room. But I really liked the big room much better that I stayed last time. In general, this hotel is quite clean. "

"Air conditioning and fan was great. Clean room, kitchen / living space and pool. Amenities were good, though the body soap dispenser was a bit low. Morning staff member was lovely and attentive. Exiting the property would have been easier if I had my pin, but was resolved over the phone upon contacting the property office number."
