"We stayed there 5 nights. They immediately greeted and offeredu cappicino and hot cocoa and cookies which they brought to our room several times throughout our stay. The breakfast is outstanding. The offered to make us omelets which werent on buffet. Kind friendly and superior service with affordable price. Would definately nook again.

"This hotel is at prime location just walking distance to Blue mosque Grand Bazaar ,tram what else can u ask for .
Room average not much view , having said that when u are on holiday u just use ur room to sleep thats it , the views from breakfast restaurant are stunning, the staff are super friendly ,visited their spa my 1st ever turkish bath experience and would recommend it any day, Anna the masseuse was amazing ,was bit sceptical getting the bath and sauna treatment after going thru a bypass 6 months ago , but Anna made the experience amazing she ensured and checked on me if I was ok time to time and not applying too much pressure.... will return to Istanbul and without a shadow of doubt this is where I will be staying again.. Thank you for ur amazing hospitality.."

"I’ve been staying in hotels since 1962, all over the world. This stay the most remarkable and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was flawless, the service from the front desk, bellboy, wait staff, counter staff and housekeeping were unparalleled.
The staff were all courteous, friendly, helpful and polite. They, without exception, smiled from ear to ear. They all were constantly asking what they can do to make our stay enjoyable.
