In our room a couple of maintenance issues- bathroom toilet tissue holder was not attached properly (fixed while we're there though), also bath door didn't stay closed tightly. Didn't bother us as much as perhaps another guest, but should be addressed. But extra amenities really thoughtful. If you forgot a beach chair or umbrella or needed an extra beach towel all were available for the day. And pool...
โ6 night stay for a reunion with friends. The Olde Tavern is a long time Orleans fixture and Very comfortable traditional motel. Nothing trendy or fancy, but well maintained and clean. All basic needs fully met. The proprietor and staff are super friendly and accommodating. Very nice continental breakfast spread was better than expected. Good coffee too!

โOur room was spotless. As was the bathroom. The extra sink and vanity area outside of the bathroom was very convenient. The homemade muffins were such a treat in the morning. The only downside was the pool not being in use.โ
