โThe staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly. The room was a nice size and very clean. Close by so much stuff but very safe. If Iโm ever back in the area I will use them again. โ
โComfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. โ
โWe loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like Iโve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good.
1 problem: Our TV didnโt work Friday night or Saturday morning. Weโre big sportโs fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good!

โOverall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. โ
โKey card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.โ
โOur room was fine. Staff was professional. Currently renovating hotel. Guest laundry was not available and we are not informed until we checked in. Advance notice was not provided before checking in. We needed to alter our plans. โ
