"There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. Water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Pooling of water in the hallways. Desk chair was unusable. Otherwise, good property. :)"

"The front desk personnel was inattentive and disengaged during check in. We called the front desk several times for assistance/information and received a busy signal each time. When we walked to the desk in person the attendant was on their personal cell phone with headphones in. The room was moderately clean as if it had been rushed & our key card didn’t work for the gym or pool."

"Felt safe, comfortable rooms, ac in 410 was ice cold so we slept great, awesome kitchen and perfect to save money when traveling for softball team. We will absolutely stay her again!"

"The hotel was very clean, from top to bottom. The breakfast area was small, but well kept and well stocked. A Nescafé instant brew station was a treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. My room was on the backside, and had zero noise from outside. I struggle to find a hotel mattress that is firm and supportive, so many are downright soft and after a couple nights, my lower back hurts all day. The Best Western mattress was better (for me) than most others at a similar rate. It’s a convenient location, whether passing through or staying awhile. Having a Waffle House right next door isn’t a bad thing either."

"Trust me, it's worth a little extra for the security of knowing this hotel will be a lot more safe, relaxing. The beds and bedding at Comfort Inn is 10x better than other budget chains."
