"Definitely will not be returning to this hotel. Where to begin, first they couldn’t find my reservation after 4 hrs they finally realized they needed to follow some link. Didn’t even apologize just oh we messed up. Room smelled like old stale water. There was no tp. Only 1 towel. Bed sheets were stained. "

"The staff at then hotel was unhelpful. They didn’t have the linen for the pull-out bed, and offered no other linen as an accommodation. There were no washcloths, and the property is in need of an upgrade. Also, the hotel charged my card for the room even though I paid for the room on hotels.com. I wouldn’t stay here again ever! "

"Yes the room was very clean and soon as the tv would not work I reached out to the office and he came on down when saw he could not fix he asked would I mine changing rooms I said no problem he than went to get another room and bought the card backs and helped me move my things to the next room great customer service "
