"Room could have used a better cleaning? Pieces of plastic left on the floor spots around water spout in bathroom. Light beams brightly through the crack of door to hallway. Ordered room service and they went out of the way to make sure we could have basic Mac n cheese, however was the spiciest ever, which was the side to share my salmon with my 1 year old. Salmon also came with salsa poured on top…which was not described that way on menu, and had bacon topping to the side which killed the whole salmon flavor making it hard to eat. Great location, overall pretty quiet and the bar has a nice atmosphere, however I was there with my kids for a getaway trip so did not spend time there. "

"There was only one slow working elevator— one non functional that staff had said weeks ago would be repaired. Towels were extremely thin and only 2. Water from tap was cloudy. Coffee maker had not been cleaned. Room was extremely plain with no decorative items. Couple in room above yelled violently for 30 minutes at 2 am. Toned it down only a bit when I called to complain."

"The room was great. Ac was cold, bed was comfy. The room itself was clean. The hotel as a whole looks run down. Letters falling off signs, dirty and trash along baseboards, paint missing off of the hall way walls. "

"There was no body wash or bath soap, no make up wipes, and appeared to be mold in the grout in the shower. Other than the thing listed above it was nice! "

"This is one of the best stays we have had in a while. Especially the pool area for the kids. They enjoyed it so much. Definitely will stay again in the near future. "
