"Pillows were too small, I couldn’t charge my dinner to the room, peephole had paper shoved in it. One staff member at the front desk was genuinely nice, the other was not"

"We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). It was all very thoughtful and made the celebration feel extra special for the guests. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the room was very nice, but when we arrived I noticed a pair of black socks on the floor, a larger snack crumb that I stepped on, and the shower floor was very slippery. Since the room is somewhat dark and the socks blended into the flooring, I can understand how they may have been missed, but it did make me wonder if the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. On a positive note, the snack shop was wonderful for late-night needs—offering wine, beer, water, and snacks, which was very convenient. However, there were no utensils, napkins, or paper or plastic cups available either in the room or at the snack store, which would have been helpful since items are purchased there to bring back to the room to heat and or eat."

"Excellent location for taking in sport events at Globe Life or AT & T. My adult children loved the proximity and view of AT&T. Very clean, easy, fast check in. Large Breakfast selection and lots of seating. We did not take advantage of "happy hour", but definitely a bonus if you have time. "

"First of we would like to give Crystal at the front desk a Big shout out, she was so nice and inviting. The hotel is ok just a little outdated and the bed was not comfortable but it’s a quiet and safe place. Breakfast was not that great, it was overcooked but the lady in there was nice. Overall it’s a decent place to stay and the price was good for a short stay."
