โLovely friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble.Great room and breakfast.We travelled by train and there was no need for a car as could walk everywhere.Would definitely stay again.โ

Appearing to cater to a senior clientele, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and stable. However, the service from the staff was not exceptional. โI stayed in the studio apartment with my kid, it was cosy and had everything we needed like a washing machine, cooker, fridge, tv and wifi. The building has a lift which was great especially with luggage. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great as itโs very close to the beach and lastly the parking was good as itโs free on the opposite side however it does get full in the evening but luckily there are a few roads nearby which are all free :)โ
โThis hotel has recently changed hands and has been refurbished throughout to a good standard. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The location is really convenient for the beach (which is directly opposite) Devonshire Park Tennis, theatres and Winter Garden - all just a short walk away. Several good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!โ
