Extra hour for check out, 1 min delay, $100. However, the real predatory behavior lies in their "deceptive parking practices". During check-in, they go through the standard motion of asking for your license plate number—a routine protocol at almost any motel or hotel for security. What they "don’t" tell you upfront is that this "check-in" is actually an enrollment into a $20 daily parking fee. When you inevitably question the charge,while checking out, the staff pivots to a rehearsed, robotic defense: "It’s on our website," and "We asked for your license number." Every inquiry is met with the same cold, legalistic script, making you feel like you are at a legal proceeding rather than a hotel front desk. Stay away."
