"Beautiful interior, friendly staff, very close to old town (2 minute walk away) and many pubs/bars. Also, easy to get to and from airport via central Glowny train station if needed. Highly recommend, can’t go wrong!"

"The room was spotless and the hotel smelt beautiful. Our room was on a quiet floor and our comfort level for rest was 10 out of 10. Maurycy (front desk) agent went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The spa are was lovely as well, I wish the pool was a bit more toasty but that's just my personal taste. The location was fabulous, just steps away from the square, shopping, carriage rides, restaurants and, more. I loved this hotel, so much so it made it to my top 5. I will stay here again for sure when visiting Krakow."

"Hi-tech room in modern hotel. Staff fantastic. No tea/coffee in room but downstairs free full ‘bar’ of tea/coffee/water. It gets a lot of use and breaks down. But fixed quickly. Location 20 min walk to old town. However the area is so historic worth it. "
