"The hot tub was not hot enough but that was not on my list, it was suggested here. My complaint was, for seniors, there should be handrail installed to hold on to for stepping up and into the hot tub and getting out, it's very precarious as it is now. My second suggestion was people are not showering off, particularly kids when they get into the hot tub/pool and there were a huge amount of foam suds from people bodies. Something to remind people they should wash before entering? Maybe the answer could also be twioce a day cleaning of the hot tub?"

"There were roaches crawling up the wall when we went in and the outside was horrible! Looked like a vacant building!! I want my money back"

"We chose this property because it is pet friendly and were pleased with the ample space to walk our dog, and the fact that they were able to give us a first floor room as requested. A slight hiccup with the room in that the heat worked only in the bedroom. We did report it to the desk and they offered to move us, but we would have lost the first floor room. Note to self - check to make sure everything works before settling in! Overall the property was what we were looking for. "

The room was recently painted and still had the odor in the room as well as chalk dust on baseboards, coat rack. The floors were dusty and bathroom there was garbage on the floor. The bedding and towels were fresh. Outdoors the entrance and exit doors were filthy and one exit door remained open? The majority of site had mattresses laying about. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, two types of cereal, milk, orange and apple juice. Apples. Overall not a good experience for weary travelers The bed was clean and comfortable. The towels were fresh. "
