"Good morning, In my opinion, having the TV on in the entry lobby would improve the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the A/C should be running, as it gets very hot in that area. The current environment at the entrance is not very welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I truly believe these small details—such as having the TV on, ensuring proper air conditioning, and turning on the electric chimney—would make a significant difference in the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to these details."
