The whole experience was awful the check in process took 2: hours due to miss communicating with the online booking agency had to get refunded the refund the original booking fee so that don't go back to the bank for 3-5 business days then had to rebook the room so cost twice as much and took hours.

This property is in need of some serious work. Every wall had sloppy wallpaper patches that were peeling, there were small holes in some walls, the sink leaked, the counter in the bathroom was hanging on by a hair, wall outlets were not properly attached to the wall, the safety mat in the shower was glued down wallpaper, there were water stains on the ceiling, and the inside of the entry door was ggraffitied. The booking mentioned rollaway beds and adjoining rooms, but neither exist. We were told we couldn't leave until they inspected the room. Will not be going back. Having stayed at other Wyndham properties, this is by far the worst maintained I've stayed at, ever.

This property should be condemned. It is not fit for human habitation. Dirty everywhere. Furniture all stained and filthy, likewise the floors. No hangars provided. Shockingly bad.

Outside of deposit it was ok
Beware of the $100 cash deposit required. They also inspect the room before giving you your money back, which was different. So plan that in and to your trip itinerary

I always had v my room booked and they wouldn’t even let me check in til 3 pm and then wouldn’t even let me hold my bags there as I had to wait l like 7 hours

Front desk staff were awful in their customer service skills; rude, unpleasant and lazy. No welcoming attitude and cold responses. I stayed in 2 rooms, first room had no working tv. Both rooms had cigarette burns in their bedspreads!! The average, normal expectation of a microwave refrigerator were missing. I would discourage anyone from staying in this hotel. 🙁

This place is run down management is just trying to squeeze every penny out of it until the city condemns the building. No locks on the entry doors. Plumbing leaks. Vents and air return hasn't been cleaned in years. And fifty dollar cash deposit.

Was not made aware upon booking that there was a $50 cash deposit for a smoking room, or $100 for a non smoking, even though I paid for a non smoking room online. Our room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages, there was a weird stain on the floor, the chair was stained and there were cigarette holes in the blanket. The ice machine also didn't work.

Property manager very rude. Told them that there were bugs in shower and on bed and they said “ok”. Worse stay ever.

The front man was rude and short to me and another set of customers from the beginning. They gave me room 409 and the door didn't even shut or lock! Was able to get a different room. The building looked like it got shot up. They take $100 cash deposit to make sure people don't tear the rooms up but they're raggedy already, holes and dents n the walls burns in the lamp shades. They give u a microwave and fridge but you would have to move both units to another plug or unplug the tv or cable! I felt like I was in a drug house.only people I would refer to that place is my enemy!

For what it was it was a place to stay. Def could use a refurbishing. The rooms looked newly upgraded or newer. They took carpet out replaced with laminate floor. The refrigerator in room vibrates on the floor all night which was kinda noisy.

To start (this is minor but annoying) there is a huge table in front of the registration window. I asked "why is this table here" and the clerk responded "I don't know" There were dark spots (unknown origin) all over the carpet. The toilet flushed one time but never again! Spots/stains on the toilet seat. Can't ramove the spots? Maybe replace the toilet seat?! A HUGE rust colored stain in the sink that nobody thought worthy of cleaning. When I tried to check out - sign up saying "helping another customer be back in a few minutes" Then an employee enters through the front door with his backpack and he is the actual employee scheduled to work. Also when I told him about the toilet I get a blank stare, no apology just a blank "not my problem" stare.
