"Room was great. Retro even, which I love, very well maintained. Didn't utilize the kitchenette but great option. Room was clean, nice porch, able to hang wet stuff from the beach. Beds were comfortable. Room service was done. Toilet made an awful noise while refilling after flushed, not a huge deal but kids were bothered by noise, and I wouldn't recommend flushing while anyone was asleep. Also sounds silly but old shower still had separate handles for hot and cold, little tricky to get temp right, but easy enough, just careful with kids. Both pools we used were nice and clean and just a a few steps to the beach was the key factor. Would stay here again."

"The Inn is a beautiful and historical building, kept immaculately clean. Each room is unique, but each also includes a refrigerator and updated bathroom. It is located at the top of the main street in Old Orchard Beach, making it the perfect location to visit. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have returned to the inn several times now on my visits to the area."

"It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach"

"I remember arriving at this cottage and being so impressed by all the amenities: - the cleanliness - the parking space - the dedicated gas grill outside - the dedicated parking space - the clean pool I couldn't believe how the cottage layout was so optimized because it had everything you needed during a stay - utensils, a fan in both rooms, an AC unit, cable tv, a compact shower with plenty of towels, a small kitchen table. The bed sheet were of good quality and very clean. The little cottage was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone. If I return to Old Orchard Beach, my stay will be at Elmwood again."

"I hope I get her name right Amber the girl that stayed there lol right next to my cabin was awesome.. I had gotten there early and she upgraded my cabin to a single to a double then I realized I had no cash for the trolley that came to the property I asked her if I could borrow a couple of dollars and instead of paying her back she asked if I could right a review and I of course said yes. She was such a great person I had no problem sending my 4 year old granddaughter by herself to ask for a broom I even sat on her porch for help with the wifi for my phone Again this girl was awesome and the Wagon Wheel should be proud to have her watching over their business. I can't wait to see her again.."
