Okay stay

This motel is off the beaten path. It was clean byt needs updating. All personell were extremely friendly. Continental Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Sinage needs updating missed even with Wave directions.

I thought I was going to a more upscale property. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The light in the bathroom began to flicker and came back on the next morning. The phone did not work at all. I had to walk to the front office to tell about the light. I guess you get what you pay for. I will do a better job at looking for a better property.

Very disgusting place. Had a horrible smell when went into room. Bathroom was in horrible condition with black mold on walls and rust around tub. Told management and they switched rooms. Same problem. I had my daughter and son with me. I wanted a full refund to go find somewhere else to stay. They did not give me a refund. But I left and went to 'The Inn in Clinton' and that was very very clean and safe. Do not ever go to the 'Days Inn'

Alvado

The pictures were far from that of the property and rooms. The air-conditioner was very loud and on the last night it sounded like an airbase and missile test sight. The staff was okay but I don't believe the stay was worth the price. For a property quality like this, I believe they should stabilize around 35-45 a night. I also received a white bathing towel that was beige and seemed like not even washing could clean it. Though staff apologized that inventory was limited, it's still a sad excuse for inventory. The room keys also kept declining requiring returning to the front desk. Besides all of this, I'd say it was a basic stay. However, like I said, the price was too high based on quality provided.

15 minutes before checkout they were extremely rude & knocking every 2 minutes saying we had to get out immediately. We left the room at 11 then sat in the car to see what the emergency was. They didn't come clean the room for 2 more hours! All they did was get the towels & make the bed. This was the worst place we have ever stayed.

The customer service was terrible. I made a reservation after trraveling long hours. When I got to the property the man at the front desk was rude and had attitude. No where when I made the reservation did it say I couldnt check in until the next day at 3pm. I wasnt able to get a refund and I never got to stay in the room.

Don’t drink the water

When I turned on shower the water was black. Had lots of air coming out. It finally cleared up to take a shower. Next morning the water looked like coffee. I had to use a bottle water to brush my teeth. Manager says it happens every month. No excuses for this.
