โAfter a 5 day stay, Iโd say this is a gem of a hotel. The food at Aria is exceptional. The art work all around is visually wonderful. There are many little details around the hotel rooms that are obvious someone put lots of thought into choosing everything thatโs put in a room. The pizza at Proof is as good as NY pizza. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and kind. โ
โI was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us.
We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process. โ
โHotel was great and good location to walk to a lot of places. One room was big enough to fit my family of 5 without a problem. Breakfast was very good each morning and the staff were very nice and helpful.

โQuaint hotel in a historic building. Nice upgrades in rooms and very clean. Virtual front desk was easy with very fast response time via text messages. Close to lakefront and Cathedral Square Park. Would stay again.โ
โThe condo unit was perfect. It is situated within walking distance of many things we wanted to do. Very clean and modern. We walked to dinner (9/10 of a mile) at County Clare Irish Inn and Pub. I would highly recommend it! The parking and entering the building and condo was harder to do than I expected, but once done, it went well. โ
โStaff was very friendly and helpful. The building does have some sticky doors that need help closing but we actually loved the character of the place. Itโs attached to the third street market so dining options are endless. Bistro for breakfast is an excellent choice โ
โBeautiful, well kept art deco building with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast in their lovely courtyard was delicious. We would stay here again. We had no complaints. โ
