“Problems at checkin because their system didn’t reflect the reservation. Expedia stepped in and the issue was solved. The hotel condition is excellent, the only downside is the noise from the highway, the window isolation is not the best”

“el desayuno excelente”

“Good service and nice breakfast buffet. ”

“During my stay, I had a conflict with an Uber driver. However, the female staff member at the reception did not attempt to mediate the situation. Instead of maintaining a neutral stance as she should have, she expressed an attitude that blamed me, the guest. I also felt a slight sense of racial discrimination. Staff attitude training is necessary, and guests should be treated with more respect.”

“Federico & Rosana are amazing! The property is so pretty, clean and quiet. Excellent place to relax. The breakfast is delicious. In general, I highly recommend this hotel!!”
