“I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

However, my stay in a pet-friendly room (119) was marred by a heavy chemical odor from cleaning products that caused headaches and required leaving the window open all night.
