The historic building is beautifully restored and updated. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We've stayed before and will stay again when we are in LaCrosse. The restaurant is a gem. Good food with a nice park view as well as the Mississippi River in view.

We spent 15 minutes waiting to be seated in the restaurant before we decided to just go elsewhere.

GrandStay Hotel & Suites
The breakfast was not very fresh. Thr warm food was soggy. The hot tub was not warm enough. The floor is the bathroom was dirty. The staff were very nice and the hotel is in a good spot to walk to the river and downtown.

Easy check in / out. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice property and the room was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in the La Crosse area.
