“Easy check in. Central location and walkable. Awesome rooftop!”

“Rooms was clean and spacious. Staff was above and beyond.”

“Things to be aware of would be stained carpeting and dated furnishings. The bed was too hard for us but I'm aware that is a personal preference. In all the hotel was just fine. Nothing to get excited about but did the job.”

“Very nice hotel!”

“Friendly staff, nice size and clean room, and the breakfast had nice choices.”

“Things were just ok. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Paid more attention to themselves than with making themselves available to customer. Very non/engaging staff.”

“Very nice breakfast”

“clean well kept hotel easy access to hwy”

“It was horrible abuse. I have stayed in many Quality Inns and almost none cheat me. But this one jacked up the deposit so high, that I was refused a room AFTER I PAID FOR IT. I also had trouble getting Expedia to help me (I usually do not). And I was on the phone having trouble with BOTH this hotel AND Expedia for hours. This was the beginning of actual physical and emotional abuse for me in Lacrosse. I would advise people not to come to Wisconsin, period. It's awful”

“We’ve been staying at this location for 3 years whenever we visit our son. The upkeep on the location has declined and in the most recent visit, one of the beds in the room was broken off the base and would tip if you sat down one side.”
