“We stayed for one night whilst travelling through. The staff we met were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was fresh, tasteful, well equipped and very clean. “Really enjoyable stay. Hotel and rooms have been modernised and look great, aside from a few creaky floorboards! Very quiet when we stayed (missed the nightclub by one day fortunately). Perfect location for the town, castle, river, etc. Knocked off a mark for service as there's not a lot of staff around, but you can call for help if needed (but we didn't need to as it happened).”
