The whole 4th floor had a horrible cigarette smoke smell, the room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty. The toilet bowl was molded!! I recommend finding a different place to stay.

Great place to stay!
Everything was clean and the rooms were bigger than expected. It was a great hotel for a decent price. We loved the pool and spa too!

Great stay with kids
Great place to stay with children and pets. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the kids had a blast. Room with multiple beds was great for family - even had a normal sized refrigerator and stover-top for cooking!

Great Experience
Check in was great, the gal working the front was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our overall stay was great. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was a 7/10 but because the employees were friendly and on top of everything they get an A++

One of the main reasons I chose to stay here as a family is because of the price compared to others and it had a pool and hot tub. Well, the night we were there, the heater was broken and the pool was cold. Also, the hot tub was under maintenance, and we could not use.

The hotel is tired and has gotten even more so since we stayed there last year. The light fixtures didn’t work, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. There was no dish soap or kitchen towels for hand washing dishes and only one small bottle of soap/ bar of soap for a 4 day stay. I understand that limiting room service to only check in and after check out cuts hotel costs but since we were paying quite a bit to stay there, it would be nice to have enough supplies for the duration. The staff was very nice but the hotel was a disappointment this year.

Ok for a short stay
Hotel itself was clean and comfortable, seemed nice. But there were lots of folks in the parking lots, pool area, elevators, that seemed like they were just hanging out. Felt like it wouldn’t be safe to leave anything in the car kind of feeling. Elevator smelled like cigarettes, fully clothed guy just sat alone in the pool area, seemed to be using the internet, just felt like it was a hangout for random people. Breakfast was good, but the person taking care of it was pretty rude. My son spilled some milk and asked for a rag and she wasn’t very kind about it.

We apologize for your inconvenience, we only allow guests to hang out in common areas and we take smoking in our hotel very seriously. It is not allowed. Breakfast gets very busy and our breakfast lady is very experienced and takes her job very seriously any concerns should be brought to the attention of the front desk.

The room was big, we stayed there for 5 night, they didn't clean the room even once, they changedntowels and took garbage out once only after I asked.

Easy Peasy.
I needed a place to stay that was close to the Interstate and easy to get to after a long, long day of travel. This definitely fit the bill. The free breakfast was great. My only complaint was that the air conditioner unit sounded like it may die at any point in the evening.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room has an overpowering wet dog smell. We do not have pets, so it’s even more noticeable. We got the last room, so no chance of switching and we are way too tired to explore any other options. For the price of the room, it should not smell like this.

Will Stay Here Again!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Continental breakfast is amazing! It isn’t just breakfast pastries, yogurt, and cold cereal. Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc. was available. Another perk is hotel is pet friendly.

I’ve had so many hotel disappointments in the past year. This hotel restored my faith in this industry. The front desk gentleman had excellent customer service skills and checked us in timely and accurately. The room was clean, comfortable, and the upgrades (built-in’s with storage) were well done and functional. We’ve stayed at many places over the past 18 months that cost considerably more and we were provided with considerably less. We have family in Coeur D’Alene and this will be out new go-to place when we come into town for a visit!
