"Unfortunately, despite paying for and getting an “upgraded” room with river views, the desk looked damaged (old water damage), and the toilet roll holder was broken after the cleaning crew did their regular cleaning. The staff was wonderful, the food and service amazing, and in general the stay was fantastic, but was disappointed to see unappealing details such as the aforementioned ones."
