"Hotel furniture is quite old and needs replacing. Staff are fine but not super helpful. Good restaurant and very good buffet prices. "

"Staff were the best anywhere. They were very helpful with information and anything needed. The hotel is not new or fancy but the authenticity and experience was beyond compare. There was a lot to see and do even for off season. Just a short train ride to Rome and then connections to Pisa, Naples, or other destinations. My husband and I have no complaints."
